Sales Development Representative

 In-Office Position | Morrisville, PA

We're Not Looking for "Sales Experience" - We're Looking for HUNGER

ServMark Digital (a division of Planet 8 Digital) helps home services and remodeling companies—plumbers, HVAC, electricians, roofers—dominate their local markets through digital marketing. We're damn good at what we do, and our clients see real results.

Here's the problem: Our closers (the owners) are spending too much time prospecting and not enough time closing deals. We need someone to fill our calendar with qualified appointments so we can do what we do best.

That someone might be you.

What You'll Actually Do Every Day

  • Make outbound calls daily to home services businesses from our lead lists
  • Follow up on warm leads from our email campaigns
  • Run 5-7 minute qualification calls to see if they're a fit
  • Book  appointments for the team
  • Hand off qualified prospects to us for closing
  • Track everything in our CRM so we know what's working

You will NOT be:

  • Closing deals (we do that)
  • Running email campaigns (we do that)
  • Creating marketing strategies (we do that)

You WILL be:

  • On the phone. A lot.
  • Getting rejected. A lot.
  • Learning how to prospect like a pro.
  • Making serious money if you can handle it.

    Who You Are

    Background We're Looking For:

    • 0-2 years professional experience (we WANT entry-level)
    • Recent college grad, career changer, or retail/restaurant veteran
    • Competitive background (sports, debate, etc.)
    • Thick skin and a short memory (rejection doesn't faze you)
    • Hungry to prove yourself and make money

    Traits That Matter More Than Experience:

    • You're coachable - you take feedback and implement it immediately
    • You're self-motivated - we shouldn't have to babysit you
    • You're competitive - you want to win, not just participate
    • You're a clear communicator - especially on the phone
    • You love the phone - seriously, if you hate talking to people, this isn't for you

    Bonus Points If:

    • You have family/friends in the trades (you get the culture)
    • You've worked in construction, home services, or blue-collar industries
    • You've done any cold calling or appointment setting before
    • You're a woman (statistically, female voices get better connect rates with male contractors—just being honest)

    Who You're NOT

    Don't apply if:

    • You need constant hand-holding or validation
    • You're "not really a phone person"
    • You want work-life balance over making money (this is commission-heavy)
    • You have a massive ego and can't take coaching
    • You think you're "too good" for cold calling
    • You're looking for a cushy 9-5 where you can coast

    ServMark Digital is our specialized division focused exclusively on home services and remodeling companies. We help plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, and roofers get more customers through Google Ads, Facebook ads, websites, and automation.

    Planet 8 Digital is our parent company, serving clients across multiple industries. You'll primarily focus on ServMark clients, but may occasionally support Planet 8 client acquisition.

    We're not a huge agency. We're a growing team that gives a damn about results.

    The Fine Print

    • Reports To: ServMark Co-Founders
